Bust of the Jupiter of Otricoli

One of the most famous representations of Jupiter and the most faithful roman reproduction of the Zeus at Olympia by Phidias. The original marble, now in the Vatican Museums, was found during excavations made under Pius VI in the last decade of the eighteenth century in Otricoli.
